Installed Adobe Flash Player is Not a Debugger: Flash Builder 4.5

Hi. i am using a 64-bit machine, am hitting the dubug btn in Flash Builder 4.5 and getting a message telling me that my version of Flash Player is not a debugger, but today i installed the  32 bit version off Adobe at  -

Download the Windows Flash Player 11.2 ActiveX control content debugger (for IE) (EXE, 3.93MB)

Also, my control panel/proprams shows i have the Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX 64-bit since over a week ago, and still i get the message telling me to get the proper program regardless of whether i'm using CHrome or IE.

help!
