¿Timer in Builder?

I have a little issue, i have an application in Builder 4.6 with SWF on each state. So the problem is, when i go from State1 to State2, a white screen popup for less than 1 sec, and then the SWF begins. I think this screen means app load the swf.

So, there is any way to avoid this?, i though a Timer might solve it, making the swf load 1 or 2 secs later, but i dont know how to put a timer either .
